If you know me, you know I love planning stuff! Parties, gifts, proposalssssss. This weekend I had the pleasure of helping the sweetest guy, Shivam, with proposing to his girlfriend. Not only did he hire me to capture the moment, but I also assisted with setting up everything up and making sure it went off without a hitch. Dan from the Rowan and myself planned out the perfectly romantic setting for the two lovers to walk into. Waiting for them in the room was a beautiful candle lit table, rose petals scattered all around the room, and a big "Marry Me ?" sign on the gorgeous wood floors also written in rose petals. It was nothing short of something out of an episode from The Bachelorette.
Neelam (his bride to be) walked in, saw everything, and instantly turned her face to Shivam in shock. She started crying, it was so so sweet. After the initial shock they hugged and embraced and Shivam got down on one knee to officially propose. Needless to say, she said yes! She accepted his rose. <3

Guys, I cant stress enough how gorgeous the views were during this surprise engagement. Shivam went all out and booked the rooftop suite at the beautiful Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs. The views of downtown from this wrap around balcony are like no other.
Tip:
You can ask the hotel to have your favorite champagne ready & on ice for you and your *new* fiance.
Otherwise, drinks at the Rowan rooftop are never a bad idea!
